Do attempted delivery times on the USPS website use local time or US time? While the system claims that the delivery was missed, there are no notes at my home saying that there was one, and in any case there should have been someone at home at the time of delivery if it uses local time.
I’m suspecting that someone at Pos Malaysia forgot a stop during their rounds or forgot to load a package, but I’d prefer to make sure before trying to squeeze someone's balls over the telephone.
